How Long Will it Take?
Because each piece is made especially for you upon ordering, most U.S. orders are estimated to arrive within 6–10 days. Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking so you can follow its journey home. The moment your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking details. Please allow 24–48 hours for updates to appear.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We trust our shipping carriers to deliver safely, but if your package seems to have gone on an unexpected adventure: 1) Check with neighbors or household members. 2) Contact your local carrier with the tracking number. 3) If it’s still missing, email us at info@nestandnotion.com, and we’ll do everything we can to help. And in the event that the carrier confirms the items are lost, we will initiate a refund or a replacement.

Our Promise to You
We want you to love what you bring home.
Full-priced Nest & Notion pieces may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund to your original form of payment. Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged and returned in their original, saleable condition.
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable.
Personalized or custom pieces and items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return.
Holiday Gifts
Purchases made November 1 through December 24 are eligible for our standard 30-day refund policy. After 30 days, eligible holiday purchases may be returned for exchange or store credit through January 15.
If Something Isn't Right
If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted or incorrect, please contact us at info@nestandnotion.com. We'll make it right at no cost to you.
