How Long Will it Take?
Since every item is made to order, here’s what to expect: 🖌 Production Time → Our skilled partners carefully craft your order in 2–5 business days. 🚚 Shipping Time → Once on its way, most U.S. orders arrive within 5–12 business days, though some items may take a little longer. As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number, so you can follow its journey home. If an item is taking longer than expected, know that it’s simply getting a little extra care before making its way to you.

Where We Ship
​For now, we ship exclusively within the United States, but we hope to spread the magic even farther soon!
Lost or Stolen Packages
We trust our shipping carriers to deliver safely, but if your package seems to have gone on an unexpected adventure: Check with neighbors or household members. Contact your local carrier with the tracking number. If it’s still missing, email us at lori@nestandnotion.com, and we’ll do everything we can to help.

Our Promise to You
At Nest & Notion, we create high-quality, one-of-a-kind home décor pieces made just for you. Since each item is custom-made, we don’t accept returns or exchanges. But if something goes awry, we’re here to make it right!
Refunds or Replacements
We’re happy to offer a refund or a free replacement in the following situations: ✔ If your item arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted ✔ If we sent you the wrong item (whoops!) ✔ If your order gets lost in transit (confirmed by the carrier) If any of these happen, reach out to us within 7 days of delivery at lori@nestandnotion.com with: 📸 A photo of the issue (it’s so helpful!) 📦 Your order number Once we approve, we’ll quickly refund your payment or send a replacement at no extra charge.
Cancellations & Order Changes
Because we’re all about custom creations, we can’t cancel or change an order once it’s in production. Double-check those details before you hit ‘checkout’ for peace of mind! No Returns or Exchanges Since every item is made just for you, we don’t accept returns or exchanges for: 🚫 Buyer’s remorse (we totally get it, but we’re not able to accept returns) 🚫 Incorrect size, color, or design (be sure to review all details before purchasing)
